IFC exports have been updated to meet the latest specifications

DXF Layer names include buildings and levels

Layers in Layout DXF outputs are named after their building and level instead of just the level since level names can be similar across multiple buildings in the same project

Fixed an issue with the wind load setting "Roof slope for flat top chords" that could prevent load cases from generating
