### Implemented Hotkeys for Items in All Creation Menus

Now all insertion menus have hotkeys for selecting each item just like the Quick Insertion menu.

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed an issue where extended top chord bearings were detected on small jack trusses
* Fixed an issue where king jacks generated with square cuts could create incorrect carried   component relationships and duplicate bearings at corners
* Fixed an issue where some Alpine PIC files could not be uploaded or imported successfully
* Fixed an issue where profile truss generation could produce a vertical web that was undesirably based on a splice
