  • Step 1: Click the + button to begin creating a new lumber list.

  • Step 1: Choose the List you would like to copy
  • Step 2: Click the Duplicate Button in the header
  • Step 3: Edit the duplicated list
  • Select a Default List
  • From the home screen right click on a list and choose Make Default

Lumber Lists and Lumber Sets

Create a Lumber List

Step 1: Click the + button to begin creating a new lumber list.

Step 2: Enter a name for your custom list.

Tip

This custom name will be displayed in the Paragon Design interface when editing material settings.

Create a Lumber Set

Step 1: Create the + button next to Lumber Sets

Step 2: Choose 1 or more species of lumber

Step 3: Choose 1 or more grades of lumber

Note

The grade and treatment types available to you may be limited based on the species chosen.

Step 4: Choose a Treatment Type

Step 5: Enter desired Widths and Heights

Note

The Lumber Preview column will populate with lumbers that match your conditions. As you enter heights/widths this will change.

Step 6: Enter Stock Lengths

Once you are satisfied with the lumbers you may save this set.

Duplicate Existing Lumber List

Step 1: Choose the List you would like to copy

Step 2: Click the Duplicate Button in the header

Step 3: Edit the duplicated list

The list name will start with Copy Ofand then the previous list name. For example, duplicating a Lumber List with the name of Example List will result in a new list called Copy of Example List

Note

From the Edit Lumber Set screen you will have the option to rename the Set.

Select a Default List

From the home screen right click on a list and choose Make Default
