# Analysis Settings

## Components

### Modify Analysis Settings during component insertion

Click the `Analysis Settings` button to see the list of settings. You can then toggle the various settings on and off.

Once you are satisfied with the modified Analysis Settings, simply click the `Change Settings For This Component` button to save your changes.

Select the truss then click the `Truss Settings` button in the top toolbar and select `Analysis Settings`

## Projects

### Modify Analysis Settings for all components in a project

If you are in a project you can modify Analysis Settings for the entire project by opening the project menu and selecting `Analysis Settings`.

If the project contains multiple levels as part of a layout, you can change the default settings for the selected level only, for all levels, or change the default and component settings project-wide.
